Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is a digital workspace which encourages communication and collaboration among businesses. Individual Teams can be setup to provide quick and easy access to shared files, apps, tasks and calendars, as well as providing chat and video call options within the group.
The Automation feature can provide automatic updates which send out notifications to all members of the groups, so they can see when new content is posted, or actions which have been completed.
This can be used to improve employers/employee’s collaboration and increase productivity outside of the workplace. Working remotely, managers can share, proof read and return the work back to the colleagues in an easy and efficient way, and staff can have instant access to all of the feedback which is given to them.
