Awaken Connect partners with a wide range of leading carriers, including BT, Virgin and Talk Talk Business, to give you the most reliable and cost effective connectivity. We also partner with specialist local providers in certain regions to enable our rural customers and those areas poorly served by the current broadband network in order to receive excellent internet provision through innovative connectivity solutions.

We currently provide the following connectivity solutions:-

Superfast Broadband (FTTC)

Superfast broadband is a copper line from your premises to the local cabinet and then a fibre line to the Telephone Exchange. Superfast Broadband has the capacity of up to 80MB download speed & a 20MB upload speed but these speeds are not always available due to the contention at the local cabinet.

Leased Line

This type of connectivity is a dedicated Fibre line that goes directly to your premises from the telephone exchange and has the capacity of up to 10GB Symmetrical speeds. These internet lines are uncontended so whatever bandwidth you buy is the bandwidth you get.

EoFTTC

EoFTTC is like SuperFast Broadband (FTTC) but gives you prioritised bandwidth guarantees. This type of connectivity also has a seven hour Fix Time Service Level Agreement (SLA) giving you a far superior connection.

Air Fibre Services

Our innovative Air Fibre services can provide a fast, cost-effective alternative to fixed line broadband for schools and colleges based in rural areas.
