The ideal candidate will have experience in some or all of the following:
- Hardware maintenance & installation.
- Software installation and troubleshooting.
- Cloud Technologies (e.g. Cloud 365 / Azure / AWS).
- Rollout/desktop support/server admin.
- Microsoft Office Suite and MS desktop operating systems – install / config / maintenance.
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016 Active Directory, Group policy
- Strong network skills i.e : TCP/IP / DNS /DHCP etc.
- Knowledge of Routers, Switches, Firewalls
- Microsoft Certification or equivalent (desirable).
